Who doesn't love a wedding...especially in the Fall!?
I had the amazing pleasure of seeing one of my oldest and dearest friends get married on September 27th. What a joy! Miss Tara Geary became Mrs. Tara Quicke!!
A few months into their engagement and wedding planning, she asked me to also be the Day Of Coordinator for her wedding. I was a bit timid at first, but she knew I always loved doing things like this and for her big day, I was honored! Honestly, I think being a part of Tara & Matt's wedding kinda sparked a desire in me to possibly pursue wedding coordinating (you know kinda on the side in all my spare time these days:-). Hmmm...at least I'm in the thought process...we'll see where God takes it from there. Just growing up with my mom always doing events, its kinda "in my blood" if you will. I love the creativity and joy of seeing someone else's dream become reality for such a special moment in an individual's life too. Let me know if anyone has any tips or comments or advice on this...
